ORDERING
-Ordering your products are made easy with our shopping cart, just follow the simple steps
-Orders are processed securly, so you can be assured your credit card information is safe
-You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed
-At this time we do not accept Phone orders
-Due to the number of bounced checks in the past, If you would like to pay by personal check, we cannot send the order until your check has cleared (usually takes about 5 business days)

-You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped
-Free Shipping/Handling on All orders Except Books-Cd's-Dvd's-Select Bath/Body Products (standard shipping within the continental U.S.)
-Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order, in most cases packages are shipped out of our warehouses within one business day
-Orders may be filled and shipped from multiple warehouses, your orders may arrive seperatly
-Packages are shipped via UPS Ground, and in some cases may be shipped U.S. Postal Service
-Please allow 1-6 business days for UPS ground shipping delivery (Most Orders)
-Packages sent via U.S. Postal Service generally take longer to arrive (Most Orders)
-PLEASE ALLOW UPTO ( 7 ) ADDITIONAL DAYS OF DELIVERY TIME FOR (SOME) OF OUR INDIVIDUALLY HANDMADE CLOTHING PIECES AND SOME OF OUR VEGAN SHOES (MANUFACTURED OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING GUIDELINES/POLICY - ( OTHER THAN CANADA )
- WE SHIP TO MOST COUNTRIES - ( SEE COUNTRY LIST AT CHECKOUT )
- All international orders will be shipped by Air Mail via the US Postal Service
- We have found that shipping via the US Postal Service is really the most cost effective and reliable method for shipping internationally from the U.S.
-Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order
-Please allow upto 6-21 days for delivery - it usually takes 4-5 days to clear customs.
-Although most items ship with no issues, and is rarely a problem, Some items are not allowed to be shipped into certain countries, it is your responsiblity to determine if you can receive these items
-Perishable items may not stay fresh in transit to some countries, and we cannot give credit or replacement on these items
-Additional fees may apply
-You May Have Custom's Fees - Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Please email us at returns@vegankarma.com prior to returning any items
-We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items up to 15 days after the shipping date.
-There may be a $10.00 return fee + a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
-Items must be returned within 15 days or we cannot issue credit. All returns and exchanges must be returned sealed in their original packaging.
-In most cases, if you return an item in unused and resalable condition, we will refund your money for the item returned (less shipping) or exchange the item, whichever you like. If you return an item that is not in resalable condition, it will be returned to you without credit issued.
-Food and plant/tree items cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature. In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a food item, please contact us and we will try to notify the manufacturer and we'll attempt to have a replacement sent to you free of charge if possible.
-We cannot accept returns for opened cosmetics, opened bath and body care products, books, sale items, and any item that is not in new condition.
-We cannot accept returns for any of our underwear/panties - due to their intimate nature. We accept returns for our other "intimates", lingerie, bras, swimwear, etc.... if they are returned to us in their original unopened packaging.
-Shoes must be tried on with socks and worn indoors only to be considered for return. Shoes must be returned with no visible signs of wear and tear and in the original packaging in which it came. Tags must not be removed from shoes, wallets, bags, belts, and hats in order to receive a credit.
-If you simply need to exchange an item (shoes or a t-shirt) for a different size, you would pay the cost of returning the item to us and we will pay for shipping the different-sized item to you. Handling fees may apply.
-After we have received the returned item/s We will credit your account within 12-15 business days of receipt of returned items. Allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
-Please note, when you return an item to us, you must cover the cost of return/shipping unless something was shipped to you in error or you received damaged items.
-HOT WEATHER WARNING: Though rare, Chocolates and other items may melt when shipped to hot climates, we can not be held responsible, nor do we accept returns on these items.
